Terms of Service
1. Service. This website ("Service") provides fortune-telling style readings based on the traditional East Asian Four Pillars (Saju/BaZi) system, delivered in a fictional storytelling format. The character "Grandmother Gwija" is fictional.
2. Entertainment purpose. All content is provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological advice, and no statement on this Service is a prediction of fact. Do not make important life decisions based on the readings; consult a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this Service.
4. Payments. Paid readings are sold and processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which appears on your payment statement and issues receipts and tax invoices. Prices are shown before payment.
5. AI-generated content. Paid readings are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on your birth data. Results are creative interpretations and may contain inaccuracies.
6. Intellectual property. Site content, story, and characters belong to the operator. Your personal reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Privacy Policy
Data we collect. (a) Birth information you enter (date, time, time zone, gender) — required to calculate your reading; (b) email address — required to link your purchase and deliver your reading; (c) basic technical logs.
What we do NOT collect. We never receive or store your card or payment details; payment is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Free previews are calculated inside your browser and are not sent to our servers.
Processors. Birth data of paying customers is sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini API) solely to generate your reading, and stored with our database provider. Payment data is processed by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy.
Retention. Reading data is kept for up to 1 year from purchase so you can re-read it, then deleted.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing . We will comply within 30 days.
No sale of data. We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.
Refund Policy
Paid readings are digital goods generated individually for you. Once your reading has been generated and made available, the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law of your country. If generation fails or you were charged in error, contact within 14 days and we will make it right (regeneration or full refund). Refund requests are processed via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
